Ron Cohlenberg and Co. was established in 1995 by Adv. Ron Cohlenberg.
Our firm is a boutique law firm that specializes in commercial litigation which includes representation in large-scale and complex cases.
Our firm represents in all instances, including arbitrations and mediations proceedings, and also provides ongoing legal counsel to different major entities.
Our firm provides legal services in many legal areas, including complex commercial lawsuits, corporates, real estate, financing and banking, labor law, and family law.

LITIGATION
Our firm represents clients in commercial litigation, mediation and a variety of administrative and environmental proceedings, as well as arbitration. In addition to general commercial litigation, the firm has specialists in the areas of finance, labor law, property, real estate and family disputes.
Our lawyers have extensive experience in all types of litigation disputes and they have represented clients in important and well-known cases before all of the relevant judicial instances, usually the District Court the Supreme Court.
LABOR LAW
Our firm provides comprehensive legal advice relating to all facets of labor law and offers a full array of legal services to local and international corporations.
Our firm provides a wide range of labor law services including counsel to employers regarding labor relations employment and severance arrangements; executive employment contracts and the establishment of transactional documents.
In addition to providing legal advice relating to labor laws, our firm represents clients in lawsuits involving individual and collective disputes, court proceedings, or mediations and arbitrations.
Where possible the firm will assist clients in mitigating potential problems, with the intent of avoiding a conflict in court.

Founding Partner
Ron is the founder of Ron Cohlenberg and Co. Law Office.
Ron is an esteemed and well-known attorney in the field of commercial litigation, and has more than three decades of experience in corporate law, labor law, real estate, and family law.
Ron has extensive experience in handling large scale and complicated litigation cases, before all instances. In addition, Ron represents and provides legal advice to high net worth individuals and shareholders in their personal and business matters.
Education
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from Bar-Ilan University.
Was certified as an advocate and accepted to the Israeli Bar in 1992.
Was certified as a notary since 2002.
Adv. Shalom Naim, Advocate and Notary
Partner
Shalom’s main areas of expertise focus on real estate in all its aspects, including aspects of planning and construction, taxation, and financing.
Shalom specializes in complex and diverse real estate transactions and accompanies large-scale construction projects in both residential and income-generating transactions, including sales, tenancy, joint ventures, combination transactions, etc.
Shalom provides the firm’s clients with comprehensive legal counsel for all stages of the transaction including the sale or purchase of land, aspects of planning and construction, aspects of real estate taxation, aspects of financing, etc.
Education
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from the College of Law and Business in Ramat-Gan, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Was certified as an advocate and accepted to the Israeli Bar in 2005.
Was certified as a notary since 2022.
Adv. Oran Yossef
Partner
Oran is a member of the firm’s litigation team. In this capacity, he represents and advises leading Israeli companies and individuals on high-profile issues at the various stages of the litigation in various judicial courts.
Oran’s diverse litigation practice includes intricate commercial litigation cases across a wide range of legal areas, such as shareholder disputes, as well as administrative litigation and family disputes.
Education
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from Bar-Ilan University, and holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Philosophy and Political science from Bar-Ilan University.
During the summer of 2013, worked as a law intern for Justice Leon Ruchelsman, a Supreme Court Justice at the Supreme Court of the state of New York.
Was certified as an advocate and accepted to the Israeli Bar in 2015.
